Description

OpenBLAS is an optimized BLAS library based on GotoBLAS2 1.13 BSD version.
OpenBLAS is an open source project supported by
Lab of Parallel Software and Computational Science, ISCAS.

NOTE: If you want to specify your CPU microarchitecture manually,
please use TARGET_CPU_ARCH knob, e.g., "make TARGET_CPU_ARCH=NEHALEM".
This value is set TARGET build flag.
